Free in-person yoga class in Newport Beach, CA 

This therapeutic class is perfect for individuals looking to improve their health, embrace self-care, and resource inner calm practices. The focus is on connecting the mind, body, and spirit. The yoga teaches you how to create a harmonious balance to encourage a calm inner state of being. Followed by relaxation, participants stilling the body and the mind can release stress and anxiety, cultivating mindfulness and the peace of the present moment.

This therapeutic class will enhance flexibility, improve strength, and provide valuable tools for pain management, including body awareness, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques - helping you live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
