Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness can be the outcome of a meditation experience, guided by a skilled meditation teacher with a group of friends, or practiced alone. It cultivates a balanced mind-body relationship with yourself and others. The state of mindfulness is a stepping stone to awareness.

I am thankful for the opportunity to be a guest educator at Melinda Hoag Smith Center for Healthy Living in Newport Beach. This therapeutic class is perfect for individuals looking to improve their health, embrace self-care, and resource inner calm practices. The focus is on connecting the mind to pair breath and movement to experience body and soul. Yoga teaches you how to create a harmonious balance, a calm inner state of being. Followed by relaxation, participants stilling the body and the mind can release stress and anxiety, cultivating mindfulness and the peace of the present moment.
