  • Delicious food, very comfortable beds, calming yoga, life changing hour long pranayama teachings, and practices like walks in the lavender maze, the agni practice, reiki, ayuvedic massage, and art, all made this retreat led by Megan perfection. The hiking through the blooming and humming spring meadows with the snow clad distant Sierra Nevada Mountains, plus a walk to a neighboring goat farm across a stream gushing with snow melt, showcased nature at its best with the goat cheese available for purchase being the cherry on the top. Thank you to Megan for leading/organizing and Deepak for creating your beautiful retreat venue for us all to experience!
